Project Life: Week 11

Hello Everyone! Another week has passed and I still cannot believe how fast time goes.
Thanks for stopping by!

Sunday, March 13
We went out to dinner for my Dad's birthday. (Yes, it was a late celebration!) I forgot to take my camera, so I grabbed it when I got home and tried to take our photo. We gave up after about 10 tries. We could never fit us all in. We laughed a lot though!

Monday, March 14
I realize that I am nearly 30 but I still get excited when an American Girl catalog comes in the mail. My sister has Samantha's collection and I have Molly's. Molly was the first purchase that I ever saved my money for and bought myself.  I was 9 and I was so proud! I chose Molly because she wore round glasses and so did I when I was a child. If I had to choose one now though, I think I would chose Kit. I think she is so cute!

Tuesday, March 15
On most Tuesdays, Haley does her laundry and while she is downstairs, we usually visit with one another. I always look forward to our Tuesdays together.
Haley loves good pens and I was showing her my new sharpie pens. She wanted to write with and came to the conclusion that "it looks like a pen but write likes a marker". And I just love her so much that I gave it to her. I know. I am such a good big sister. :)

Wednesday, March 16
One of my favorite movies is a Hallmark Channel movie with Keri Russel and Skeet Ulrich. It is called,  The Magic of Ordinary Days. It is such a sweet movie. I didn't know it for a long time but it is based on a book of the same title. I recently bought both the movie and book on Amazon and I am thoroughly enjoying them both!
I highly recommend them!

Thursday, March 17
I had a wonderful, wonderful time with my friend Becca!! We ate dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. We both got the same thing to eat; the Renee's special and dessert of course. :)

Friday, March 18
I was out of the house two days in row!!! I was so excited! I haven't been out of the house two days in a row since before Thanksgiving! It was a real treat. Among other places, we stopped by Edgars and I bought my favorite cookies, Meltaways. They are so good.

Saturday, March 19
One of the places that we went on Friday was the camera shop. I bought myself a birthday present! A new camera!! I was so nervous taking it out of the package. Hopefully, this photo will be the last one with my old camera. Yay!

Happy Spring everyone!
I am linking up at Jessica's blog today for Project Life Tuesday.

So much happiness in this post!

1. I looove those Sharpie pens! My friend introduced me to them in one of our college classes one day, and we spent the whole day doodling with it instead of listening. :)

2. I've never seen The Magic of Ordinary Days. I just went to add it to my Netlix list, and they don't have it on there! I'll have to check the Hallmark Channel and see if I can record it sometime soon!

3. So happy that you were able to get out of the house! It looks like you had a blast.

4. A new camera! Wooo! So you decided to go with Nikon? I bet you'll be really pleased. I like mine a lot! Now we can figure out how to work them together. :)

ahhhh what a great week. I love Molly. As you know we are a fan in this house of AGD, they get played with often. And my lil' girl is obsessed. Molly gets dressed for school, dressed for ballet, dressed for parties. It doesn't end :)

I want to see that Magic movie. Must add it to Netflix immediately :)

and last but not least, a new camera! Girl that's awesome. Can't wait til next week :)

Oh my goodness Heather! I watched The Magic of Ordinary Days a long time back and it stayed with me but I forgot its name. All these months, I've been trying to recall the name, trying to find it inmy extensive bookmark folders when I came across this post and voila! THANK YOU! I love this movie too!

And Heather - your sets on polyvore are just stunning! Each and every one of your sets. You have so much talent, it's incredible and I see it every time I visit your profile. Each of your sets fills me with such happiness. This is no joke.
